The release date for Spike Jonze's new film, Her, has just been set for November 20, 2013. And while it's been a a few years since the director and screenwriter had a hit (does Where the Wild Things Are count?), the feature-length film promises to be every bit as warm and fuzzy. It stars Joaquin Phoenix at his promisingly goofy best as Theodore, a regular yet lonely guy who falls in love with his computer's Siri-like voice.

The film is being billed as "an unconventional love story [that] blends science fiction and romance in a sweet tale that explores the nature of love and the ways that technology isolates and connects us all." Scarlett Johansson, Amy Adams, Rooney Mara (who replaces Carey Mulligan), Olivia Wilde, and Samantha Morton round out the all-star lady cast. A trailer isn't yet available and it's killing us.

For the third year, the Council of Fashion Designers of America and Vogue magazine are providing grant money to support emerging designers. The winner of this year's CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund was cashmere designer Greg Chait of The Elder Statesman. The runners up were shoe designer Tabitha Simmons and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer Maguire (who also happens to be married to Tobey Maguire). To celebrate, all three have created not-to-be-missed limited-edition collections for J.Crew. Here are some of our favorite pieces to shop now:

The summer travel season kicks off this Memorial Day weekend and the only downside to a long weekend is being forced to play favorites with the products in your makeup bag. Fitting the perfect outfit in a small carry-on is tough enough, but the task of packing a truncated version of my daily skincare and makeup routine for a long weekend feels downright impossible sometimes. These compact, multi-tasking products are on my summer must-have list for weekend travels or carrying around in your purse for quick touch-ups.

1. RMS Beauty Luminzer: This organic, sheer luminizer can of course be used as a highlighter on your cheeks and orbital bones, but you can also swipe a little of this under your eyes to help diffuse dark circles. RMS Luminzer is a quick way to make your skin look refreshed when you're traveling, and the organic ingredients are actually improving your skin over time.

2. Becca Beach Tint: There are eight shades to choose from, but pick one that you want to use for both your cheek and lip color. The tube may be small, but the color is super pigmented so a little goes a long way. For added color, warm the tint in your hands first for even distribution and apply as you would a bronzer.
